Impeccable is the word I would use to describe our experience with Brooks and his team at Modern Edge. I cannot thank him enough for carrying us through this season of selling our home and buying our new forever home to raise our young family. Brooks and Ashleigh are great at what they do They take the time to get to know you and your style, preferences, and will make sure you see the types of homes you'll actually want to put an offer in on. We saw plenty of places all around the metro and they stuck with me throughout the entire process. She was great. I highly recommend her. Every question I had or anything I was unfamiliar with, she happily answered or assisted with. I went through four different realtors and the first three did not seem to care at all. I would find a house and contact them to go and look at it but all I would get in return was silence or they would get back to me days later.
